COVID-19 Policy & Safety Procedures
The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We’ve instituted some precautionary procedures and ask for your support in the following efforts to mitigate risk:
Please stay home if you’re not feeling well. If you’re experiencing flu-like symptoms or have had contact with any possible source of the virus, please contact the concierge to cancel your reservation.
Masks are required for all guests, at all times except while eating and drinking. Masks must cover the nose and mouth.
Adhere to social distancing. We’ve taken the necessary precautions to implement social distancing where possible, and ask for your participation and support in these efforts.
Guest limitations. We’ve limited head count in an attempt to keep the group small. Please assist us by limiting your plus ones, to one.
Sanitization. We’ve provided hand sanitizer at multiple touchpoints throughout the experience. Additionally, vehicles will be sanitized between each participant use.
Is there an age requirement to participate in the program?
All participants must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
What documentation do I need to bring with me?
You will need to provide a valid driver’s license as well as your confirmation email.
Can I bring my kids? What about my dog?
In an attempt to adhere to COVID guidelines regarding group size, we ask that you only bring one, driving-eligible guest. No pets are allowed.
Am I guaranteed the vehicle I booked?
We do our best to ensure all guests drive the vehicles selected during registration, however extenuating circumstances do occur. On these occasions, we reserve the right to swap the requested car for the closest available model.
How can I drive if I didn’t receive an invite or missed the tour date in my city?

What are the attire and equipment requirements for the road program?
All eligible drivers must wear closed-toe shoes. Driving gloves are not necessary, and sanitized helmets will be provided when necessary.
What are the attire and equipment requirements for the golf program?
If golfing, golf attire is strictly enforced; no denim, athletic wear such as t-shirts or gym attire is permitted. You’re encouraged to bring your own clubs for the golf experiences, we will check them upon your arrival for safekeeping.
